A wood-clad hall and an acre of field. £15/hour.
Birthdays, wakes, yoga, panto rehearsals, table-top sales, polling station. We've hosted all of them. Money goes straight back into the group.

- No smoking anywhere on the site, including the field.
- Alcohol fine, but no licensed bars (we don't have the cover).
- Leave it as you found it. There's a checklist on the door.
- Out by midnight — we live next door.

- Pay deposit, sign the one-page agreement, collect the key.
